Meet Kimber
Kimber Lee’s real estate career began in 1998 in the office she still works in – John L. Scott’s Lake Tapps office. Prior to real estate she worked in sales with her sister Sandra Lee, a Food Network chef and author. They traveled around the world selling curtain hardware on shopping networks including QVC, HSN and ValueVision. It’s this experience in sales and marketing that helped prepare Kimber to help clients in Lake Tapps, Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Buckley, Sumner, Auburn and more.
Kimber specializes in waterfront and resale properties, but also enjoys working with new construction and high-end homes. She possesses the unique ability to understand the needs of clients ranging from first-time home buyers to those looking for high-end properties. Kimber employs a full-time assistant so she’s able to focus on listening to her clients’ needs and exceed their expectations in all areas.
?In today’s market, Kimber knows the importance of first impressions with a new listing. She stages and home preps every property she markets so it can appear in the best light possible. Additionally, she employs an aggressive marketing plan which includes an open house weekend that offers incentives. For every transaction, whether buying or selling, Kimber brings top-notch experience, knowledge and education to clients.
Living Life as a Contribution™ is a major focus of Kimber’s life. Her sister Sandra is a breast cancer survivor, so the cause is very close to Kimber’s heart. She raises money for breast cancer charities and also participates in education and support initiatives for cancer survivors. In 2018, Kimber was honored as a caregiver and health care advocate at the DreamBall, an event in New York City put on by the Look Good Feel Better charitable program.
Living on Lake Tapps, Kimber takes advantage of the many outdoor activities available in the area, including boating, swimming, water skiing, hiking and walking. Interior design is another passion of Kimber’s, and through this passion she has developed a knack for staging and landscaping. She also enjoys world travel and trying new things.
Puyallup
The city of Puyallup sits in a valley just southeast of Tacoma near the foothills of Mount Rainier and the Cascades. Our verdant soil is known nationwide due to the beautiful Daffodils that grow here. Those flowers are distributed throughout the west and are celebrated each spring during the Daffodil Festival. Named for the Puyallup native american tribes who first settled here, Puyallup is also the name of the river that flows through town and has its origins in a glacier on nearby Mount Rainier. The river provides fishing opportunities and other waterfront activities. And the local fish hatchery is a favorite spot for school trips and family outings.
